Post-Podcast Interview :: Makeda of Flying Over 50

Goddess alert! This week on the podcast, we have self-proclaimed sexy senior and pole priestess, Makeda of the blog Flying Over 50. Where did you grow up, and what is your current home town?
I was born in Los Angeles, but grew up in Chicago.  I currently live in Palmdale, which is right outside of Los Angeles.

My go-to pole move is the shoulder mount

The video is of Jones, one of my pole mentors and instructors.  Her studio is Tilt Studios in Burbank, CA.  The artist, Unsung Lilly, singing the cover of "Natural Woman," were pr clients of mine.
